490 Failing to comply with notice
Fault‑based offence
(1)
A person commits an offence if:
(a)
the person is given a notice under subsection 488(2) or 489(2); and
(b)
the person fails to comply with a requirement of the notice.
Penalty: 30 penalty units.
Civil penalty provision
(2)
A person is liable to a civil penalty if:
(a)
the person is given a notice under subsection 488(2) or 489(2); and
(b)
the person fails to comply with a requirement of the notice.
Civil penalty: 30 penalty units.
