526 Appointment of authorised System Governor officers
The System Governor may, in writing, appoint a person as an authorised System Governor officer for the purposes of this Act if:
the person is:
a member of the staff of the Department; or
another person who the System Governor considers it necessary to appoint as an authorised System Governor officer; and
the person satisfies the training and qualification requirements for authorised System Governor officers determined under subsection (4).
An appointment may specify the period during which it has effect.
The System Governor may, in writing, vary or revoke an appointment at any time.
The System Governor must determine, in writing, training and qualification requirements for authorised System Governor officers.
A determination made under subsection (4) is not a legislative instrument.
