546 Information that Commissioner may publish
The Commissioner may publish information about any of the following matters relating to funded aged care services delivered in a particular residential care home or home or community setting by a particular registered provider:
the name of the provider;
the ABN of the provider;
how the provider may be contacted;
a description of the funded aged care services delivered by the provider;
the location where those services are delivered;
the number of individuals accessing those services;
the accommodation costs, fees and charges connected with those services;
the facilities and activities available to individuals accessing those services;
whether the provider’s registration is in effect;
the provider’s performance relating to requirements of this Act;
action taken, or intended to be taken, under this Act to protect the welfare of individuals accessing the services, and the reasons for that action;
a matter specified by the rules for the purposes of this paragraph.
Information published under subsection (1) must not include personal information about an individual who is not a registered provider.
