Delegation to Pricing Authority

(1)

The System Governor may, in writing, delegate to the Pricing Authority the powers and functions of the System Governor under this Act that the System Governor considers necessary for the Pricing Authority to perform the Pricing Authority’s functions under this Act.

Subdelegation

(2)

If, under subsection (1), the System Governor delegates a power or function to the Pricing Authority, the Pricing Authority may, in writing, subdelegate the power or function to a person covered by paragraph 161(1)(c) or subsection 161(2) of the National Health Reform Act 2011.
