596 Fees must not amount to taxation
(1)
This section applies to:
(a)
a fee that, under this Act, must accompany an application or request made to the System Governor, Commissioner or Complaints Commissioner; and
(b)
a fee that may be charged under sections 593 to 595.
(2)
The fee must not be such as to amount to taxation.
