87 Priority categories and urgency ratings
(1)
The rules may prescribe, for the purposes of subsection 86(1):
(a)
one or more priority categories for a classification type for a service group; and
(b)
eligibility criteria for each of those priority categories.
(2)
The rules may prescribe, for the purposes of subsection 86(1), the circumstances in which an urgency rating of low, medium or high will apply to an individual in relation to the classification type ongoing for the service group residential care.
