69EO APVMA may issue a formal warning
(1)
The APVMA may, by written notice, issue a formal warning to a person if the APVMA has reasonable grounds to suspect that the person may have contravened this Act or the Collection Act.
(2)
A formal warning under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
