Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Act 1992

If a person is convicted of an offence against Part 7A, 7AA or this Part in respect of a thing that the court finds to be the property of that person, the court may order all or any part of the thing to be forfeited to the APVMA.

If the court makes an order under subsection (1) in respect of, or in respect of part of, a thing, the thing, or that part of the thing, as the case may be, becomes the property of the APVMA and may be dealt with or disposed of in any manner that the APVMA considers appropriate.
