26AD Notice requirements
For the purposes of this Division, a notice meets the notice requirements if the notice:
is in writing in the approved form; and
is signed by the holder of the approval or registration to which the notice relates; and
is accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
is lodged with the APVMA; and
contains, or is accompanied by, any information:
specified by the APVMA under subsection (2); or
prescribed by the regulations.
For the purposes of subparagraph (1)(e)(i), the APVMA may, by legislative instrument, specify the information that must be contained in, or accompany, the notice.
The APVMA may specify information under subsection (2) only if the information is relevant to a notifiable variation.
