26C Decision on prescribed variations
(1)
The APVMA must, within the period prescribed by the regulations:
(a)
if it is satisfied that the application meets the application requirements—vary the relevant particulars as proposed in the application; or
(b)
otherwise—refuse the application.
Note 1:
For notice of variation, see section 8F.
Note 2:
For notice of refusal, see section 8G.
(2)
If the APVMA does not make a decision on the application within the period prescribed, the APVMA is, immediately after the end of that period, taken to have made a decision under subsection (1) to vary the relevant particulars as proposed in the application.
