47D Permit taken to have been issued
(1)
This section applies if notice of the end of the registration of a chemical product is published under section 47C.
(2)
A person who possesses, has custody of or uses the product in accordance with the instructions contained in the notice is taken to have been issued with a permit to do so until:
(a)
1 year after the day on which the registration ended; or
(b)
the APVMA, by notice published in the Gazette, declares that this subsection ceases to apply in respect of the product;
whichever first occurs.
(3)
A permit that is taken to have been issued to a person under subsection (1) does not authorise the person to manufacture or import the product.
