Published notice of approvals and registrations
8H Published notice of approvals and registrations
If the APVMA approves an active constituent or registers a chemical product, it must, unless it thinks that in the circumstances it is unnecessary to do so, publish notice of the approval or registration.
The notice must:
be published in the Gazette, as soon as practicable, and in any other manner that the APVMA thinks appropriate; and
state that the constituent has been approved or the product has been registered and the date of the approval or registration as mentioned in section 22; and
contain a brief statement of the conditions of the approval or registration that directly regulate the use of the constituent or product; and
include any information prescribed by the regulations.
