8Q Nominated agent may withdraw
(1)
The nominated agent may, by signed writing given to the APVMA, request to withdraw from being the nominated agent.
(2)
The APVMA must record the withdrawal in the Record, Register or relevant APVMA file, as required, if the APVMA is satisfied that:
(a)
the nominated agent has notified the holder of the withdrawal; and
(b)
any requirements prescribed by the regulations have been met.
