21 Functions
(1)
The functions of the Board are:
(a)
to decide the objectives, strategies and policies to be followed by AA; and
(b)
to ensure that AA performs its functions in a proper, efficient and effective manner.
(2)
Anything that the Board does in AA’s name, or on AA’s behalf, is taken to have been done by AA.
