21 Regulations
The Governor‑General may make regulations prescribing matters:
required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or
necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act.
The matters that may be prescribed under subsection (1) include, but are not limited to:
requiring operators of jet aircraft to make and keep records of their operation of jet aircraft; and
requiring operators of jet aircraft to give returns or information for the purposes of this Act; and
rules of procedure in proceedings for recovery of levy or late‑payment penalty; and
prescribing penalties, not exceeding a fine of 10 penalty units, for offences against the regulations.
