137 Severability
(1)
This section applies to the following provisions:
(a)
section 131B, 131C or 131D;
(b)
regulations made for the purposes of section 132 or 133.
(2)
In addition to their effect apart from this section, those provisions also have the effect they would have if their application was, by express provision, confined to acts or omissions of constitutional corporations.
