144 Approved auditor
For the purposes of this Act, an approved auditor is:
(a)
a person registered as an auditor under Part 9.2 of the Corporations Act 2001; or
(b)
a company registered as an authorised audit company under Part 9.2A of the Corporations Act 2001.
