198 Declarations subjecting airports to statutory demand management

(1)

This section applies to an airport if an airport capacity declaration is in force for the airport.

(2)

The Minister may, by legislative instrument, declare that the airport is subject to statutory demand management under this Part.

(2A)

In addition to the requirement under the Legislation Act 2003 for the declaration under subsection (2) to be registered, a copy of the declaration must be published in the Gazette.

(3)

If an airport capacity declaration for an airport is revoked, any declaration under this section that relates to the airport is taken to be revoked.
