212 Recurring intervals of time

For the purposes of this Part, the following periods are examples of recurring intervals of time:

(a)

a calendar year;

(b)

a week;

(c)

a day;

(d)

a day (a business day) that is not a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday;

(e)

a 60‑minute period that begins at 8 am on a business day;

(f)

Christmas day.
