244 Delegation
(1)
The Minister may, by writing, delegate to:
(a)
the Secretary of the Department; or
(b)
an SES employee or acting SES employee whether or not in the Department;
all or any of the Minister’s powers under this Act or under a demand management scheme.
(2)
However, the Minister must not delegate the power to give an approval under section 89A.
