68 Airports to which Part applies
(1)
This Part (other than Division 4A and the associated provisions) applies to:
(a)
a core regulated airport, if there is an airport lease for the airport; and
(b)
an airport prescribed in the regulations, if there is an airport lease for the airport.
(1A)
Division 4A and the associated provisions apply to Sydney West Airport, whether or not there is an airport lease for the airport.
(2)
For the purposes of subsections (1) and (1A), the boundaries of an airport are the boundaries of the airport site for the airport.
(3)
In this section:
associated provisions means the provisions of Division 6, to the extent that they relate to Division 4A.
