Exemption—Reserve Bank of Australia

In force

The following provisions of this Act do not apply to the Reserve Bank of Australia:

(a)

Part 1A;

(b)

Divisions 2 to 7 (other than section 39) of Part 2;

(c)

Divisions 3 to 6 (other than section 49) of Part 3;

(d)

Parts 4, 5 and 8;

(e)

Divisions 3 to 6 of Part 10;

(f)

section 236B.
