26Q Requests for AML/CTF documentation
(1)
The AUSTRAC CEO may, by written notice, request a reporting entity to produce one or more of the documents required by subsection 26N(1) within the period specified in the notice.
(2)
A reporting entity must comply with a notice given under subsection (1).
(3)
Subsection (2) is a civil penalty provision.
