41D Offences relating to breach of condition etc
A person on whom a Part III authority has been conferred must not refuse to comply with:
a condition or restriction to which the authority is subject; or
a requirement imposed on the person by the authority.
Penalty:
in the case of a natural person—20 penalty units; or
in the case of a body corporate—100 penalty units.
A person on whom a Part III authority has been conferred must not fail to comply with:
a condition or restriction to which the authority is subject; or
a requirement imposed on the person by the authority.
Penalty:
in the case of a natural person—20 penalty units; or
in the case of a body corporate—100 penalty units.
An offence against subsection (2) is an offence of strict liability.
