6 Foreign arrangements
(1)
For the purposes of achieving the objects of this Act, this Act has provisions that apply to foreign arrangements.
(2)
A foreign arrangement is an arrangement between:
(a)
a State/Territory entity; and
(b)
a foreign entity;
whether or not other entities are also a party to the arrangement.
