19 Cancellation
The Secretary must make a determination cancelling Australian apprenticeship support loan that is being paid to a person if the Secretary is satisfied that:
the person is not qualified for Australian apprenticeship support loan; or
Australian apprenticeship support loan was not or will not be payable to the person in relation to a relevant instalment period of the person; or
the person has requested that the person’s Australian apprenticeship support loan be cancelled.
The Secretary may make a determination cancelling Australian apprenticeship support loan that is being paid to a person if:
the person has been given:
a notice under section 59; or
a notice under section 71 that requires the person to inform the Secretary of an event or change of circumstance; and
the person does not comply with the notice.
