Notice of reasons for decision

In force

A person who makes a reviewable decision, or a decision on review of a reviewable decision, must include reasons for the decision in the notice of the decision.

Note:

Section 266 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 requires notice of a decision and review rights to be given to persons whose interests are affected by the decision.
