46 Change of venue
The Supreme Court or the Judge may, at any stage of any suit pending in the Court, direct that the trial shall be had or continued at some particular place, being a place at which the Court is empowered to sit, to be specified in the order, subject to such conditions (if any) as the Court or Judge imposes.
