8AAB Exercise of jurisdiction by Registrar

(1)

For the purposes of the exercise of jurisdiction conferred on the Registrar by Rules of Court, this Act has effect, subject to this section, as if the court consisted of the Judges and the Registrar.

(2)

A person who is dissatisfied with an order of the Registrar made in the exercise of jurisdiction conferred by Rules of Court may appeal, as prescribed by the Rules of Court, to the Court constituted by one Judge.

(3)

On an appeal under subsection (2), the Court may affirm, vary or set aside the order of the Registrar and may make such order as in all the circumstances it considers just.
