28 Membership of the Advisory Council
(1)
The Advisory Council consists of the following people, each of whom is an Advisory Council member:
(a)
the Chair;
(b)
the Commonwealth Chief Medical Officer;
(c)
at least 6, but not more than 10, appointed members.
(2)
The Commonwealth Chief Medical Officer and the appointed members are not officials of the Centre for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
