(1)
Section 130‑5 of the ACNC Act applies to the 2012‑13 financial year and later financial years.
(2)
However, for the 2012‑13 financial year, treat the references in that section to the financial year as being references to the period that:
(a)
starts on the commencement day; and
(b)
ends on 30 June 2013.
