66 Variation etc. of rights under this Act
A right granted under this Act is granted on the basis that:
(a)
the right may be varied under section 39, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47 or 65; and
(b)
the right may be cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied by or under later legislation; and
(c)
no compensation is payable if the right is cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied as mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b).
