18 Functions and powers of CSC
(1)
The functions and powers of CSC in relation to ADF Super and the ADF Super Fund are those set out in the Trust Deed.
(2)
CSC is also responsible for the general administration of this Act.
Note:
For other functions of CSC, see section 8 of the Governance of Australian Government Superannuation Schemes Act 2011.
