27 Termination and variation of rights by later legislation
A right granted under this Act or the Trust Deed is granted on the basis that:
(a)
the right may be cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied by or under later legislation; and
(b)
no compensation is payable if the right is so cancelled, revoked, terminated or varied.
