51 Regulations
The Governor‑General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and, in particular, providing for:
the manner and time of convening, holding and adjourning meetings of Convocation;
the quorum of meetings of Convocation;
the appointment, powers and duties of the chair of Convocation;
the conduct and record of the business of meetings of Convocation;
the appointment of committees of Convocation; and
penalties not exceeding a fine of 1 penalty unit for offences against the regulations.
