14 Functions of the Board
(1)
The functions of the Board are:
(a)
to decide the objectives, strategies and policies to be followed by the Authority; and
(b)
to ensure that the Authority performs its functions in a proper, efficient and economical manner.
(2)
Anything done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Authority by the Board is taken to have been done by the Authority.
