25 Terms of office
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), an appointed Director:
(a)
is to be appointed on a part‑time basis; and
(b)
holds office for such period (not exceeding 5 years) as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re‑appointment.
(2)
Each special purpose Director:
(a)
is appointed only until the special purpose specified in the instrument of his or her appointment has been completed; and
(b)
is a member of the Board only during any period when the Board is actually undertaking that special purpose.
