Payment of amounts to the Commonwealth

In force

(1)

The Minister may give the Authority a written direction requiring the Authority to pay a specified amount to the Commonwealth before a specified time.

(2)

A direction under subsection (1) must not be inconsistent with subsection 8(2).

(3)

The Authority must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
