46POA Conditions for making a representative application
(1)
A representative application may not be made without the written consent of each person on whose behalf the application is made (other than the person making the application).
(2)
A representative application must:
(a)
describe or otherwise identify the persons on whose behalf the application is made; and
(b)
include a statement by the person making the application certifying that each person on whose behalf the application is made has consented, in writing, to the making of the application on the person’s behalf; and
(c)
specify the nature of the relief sought.
