100 Conduct of meetings
(1)
Subject to this Division, the AIP advisory board may regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate.
(2)
For the purposes of section 33B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, the AIP advisory board is taken to have been established by this Act.
Note:
Section 33B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contains extra rules about meetings by telephone etc.
