Liability for damages

In force

None of the following:

(a)

the Minister;

(b)

the Authority;

(c)

a delegate of the Authority;

(d)

a member of the staff assisting the Authority;

(e)

a person assisting the Authority under section 81;

(f)

the AIP advisory board;

(g)

an advisory board member;

is liable to an action or other proceeding for damages for, or in relation to, an act or matter in good faith done or omitted to be done:

(h)

in the performance or purported performance of any function; or

(i)

in the exercise or purported exercise of any power;

conferred by this Act.
