AIP plan must have Parts

In force

(1)

If a major project involves establishing a new relevant facility, an AIP plan for the project must be divided into the following Parts:

(a)

Part A—Title;

(b)

Part B—Project Phase;

(c)

Part C—Initial Facility Operational Phase.

(2)

If a major project does not involve establishing a new relevant facility, an AIP plan for the project must be divided into the following Parts:

(a)

Part A—Title;

(b)

Part B—Project Phase.
