59 Interim injunctions
Grant of interim injunction
(1)
If an application is made to a prescribed court for an injunction under section 58, the court may, before considering the application, grant an interim injunction restraining a person from engaging in conduct of a kind referred to in that section.
No undertakings as to damages
(2)
A prescribed court is not to require the Authority, as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to give any undertakings as to damages.
