66 Obligations of multiple operators of new relevant facility
Scope
(1)
This section applies if:
(a)
a major project involves establishing a new relevant facility; and
(b)
there are 2 or more operators (the multiple operators) of the new relevant facility; and
(c)
either of the following:
(i)
this Act;
(ii)
an approved AIP plan for the project;
imposes an obligation on the operator of the facility.
Obligations of operators
(2)
The obligation is imposed on each of the multiple operators, but, if the multiple operators have, or are to have, joint responsibility for operating the new relevant facility, the obligation may be discharged by any of the multiple operators.
