69 Appointment of the Authority
(1)
The Authority is to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument.
(2)
A person is not eligible for appointment as the Authority unless the Minister is satisfied that the person has:
(a)
substantial experience or knowledge; and
(b)
significant standing;
in at least one of the following fields:
(c)
economics;
(d)
industry;
(e)
public administration.
(3)
The Authority holds office on a full‑time basis.
