79 Delegation by Authority
(1)
The Authority may, by writing, delegate any or all of the Authority’s functions or powers to:
(a)
an SES employee; or
(b)
an acting SES employee; or
(c)
an APS employee who holds or performs the duties of:
(i)
an Executive Level 2 position; or
(ii)
an equivalent position.
Note:
The expressions SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2)
A delegate must comply with any written directions of the Authority.
