85 Establishment of Australian Industry Participation Advisory Board
(1)
The Minister may, by writing, establish a committee to be known as the Australian Industry Participation Advisory Board.
Note:
In this Act, AIP advisory board means the Australian Industry Participation Advisory Board (see section 5).
(2)
Before establishing the AIP advisory board, the Minister must consult the Authority.
(3)
An instrument made under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
