18 Change in name of account holder
The regulations may provide that, if:
(a)
a Registry account is kept in the name of a person; and
(b)
the name of the person has changed; and
(c)
the person applies in writing to the Regulator to have the new name substituted for the previous name in the Registry in relation to the account;
the Regulator may make the necessary alterations in the Registry.
