61 Publication of concise description of the characteristics of eligible international emissions units
Kyoto units
The Regulator must:
within 30 days after the commencement of this section, publish on the Regulator’s website a statement setting out a concise description of the characteristics of each of the following types of eligible international emissions units:
certified emission reductions (other than a temporary certified emission reduction or a long‑term certified emission reduction);
emission reduction units;
removal units; and
keep that statement up‑to‑date.
The Regulator must:
within 30 days after the commencement of regulations made for the purposes of paragraph (d) of the definition of eligible international emissions unit in section 4, publish on the Regulator’s website a statement setting out a concise description of the characteristics of units prescribed by those regulations; and
keep that statement up‑to‑date.
