This Part deals with a collection of miscellaneous matters, such as:
the application of this Act outside Australia; and
the liability of the Commonwealth to be prosecuted for an offence against this Act or to be subject to proceedings for contravening a civil penalty provision; and
the interaction between this Act and the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act 1998, the Nuclear Non‑Proliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987 and workplace health and safety laws; and
the interaction between this Act and State and Territory laws, and international agreements etc.; and
the establishment of a Ministerial advisory committee; and
the delegations, regulations and other instruments that can be made under this Act.
